Very no nonsense, practical. Like a real diet book is only one page (eat less and exercise more), this very short book gives a few simple practical tips to achieve what the title advertises. I read a few other longer books of this nature very regretfully ... they just had too many long-winded stories about the author and their lives which for me really detracted from the main question of how to connect. Plenty of books out there w/ people's fairly mind numbing stories rambling on and on to fill pages. Thankfully, Michael, this is not that book.Practically, I can say that his advice has been helpful. For me it did enhance my connections.

Love this book. It's not too long and doesn't drag on and gives great information. Will use it for a meditation reference also.
I enjoyed this book because it was non infuential in any religion. It was very easy to understand without a million steps. It was written especially for people with no experience in speaking with spirits. Gives an easy understanding of how to meditate. Just loved it!
It was really interesting and recommend it to anyone wanting to connect with spirit. The author offers alot of information on how to connect with spirit. He walks you right through step by step.
Good, short read. To the point. Could use some editing (punctuation, flow, etc), but I also appreciate that people just go ahead and write these books without waiting for it to be 'perfect'. A lot of people never cross the finish line because they get too hung up in the details and forget the end goal, which is to share ideas. Also some good practical exercises to try. We are all 'psychic', whether or not we know it.
I bought this but actually put off reading it. Just as well it seems. This so-called writer that thinks he can talk to spirit is seriously full of it!. He gives NO warnings about using quija boards or automatic writings. Even states he sees no use in worrying about negative entoties or demons because HE'S never encounter one?. Right, this person should consider himself lucky to have not encountered any demonic beings. He's shown himself to be a charlatan!.
I thought this a great little book. It was informative and easy to follow. I. actually tried these methods before I finished. I had the distinct feeling that. My dead mother visited me in a none verbal, but loving way as I drifted toward sleep.. Can't wait to continue the search for loved ones.
I downloaded this book since three-month,ago I lost my husband,and it has helped me tremendously.I believe spirits,are all around us,and this book helped Me to get in touch with those spirits,and have a better outlook on life.A very good read,and inspirational.
