This is the first book in the "Seer" series that I've read (although I did enjoy Singleton's "Dead Girl" series) and I had no problem keeping up with the story and the characters. The story moves swiftly and there is plenty of intrigue to keep the reader involved, but not so much that you are confused or distracted. Although this is one of a series I think it can be read as a stand alone book...beware of the cliff hanger ending, though!

Linda Joy Singleton is a gifted writer and her stories are full of magic. I may not want to be burdened with the powers that Sabine has, but I enjoyed seeing the world through her eyes!

This was a great series of books, I read them all. There was a bit of suspense in all of them, and it was awesome reading them on a because then I could just download the next book and start reading right away to see what Sabine was up to next!!
gotta read all of them you won't be disappointed
Good storyline and it keeps the pace. I love the triangle between the boys. The chapters and books are a little short, but fun all the same.
I didn't realize this was the 4th book in the series until after I read it. I can't wait to read the others.

Like "Don't Die, Dragon Fly," story is creative and writing is good. This is a unique idea, which I always appreciate in this world of the derivative. Main character is likeable.
book 3 in the series again easy weekend read building on the base story but this was a complete story in it self diffently want the next book to see how the base story keeps building and what other trouble she gets into
